The legs are spring loaded from completely closed position to open to fully extended position with the push of the release button. Bi-Pod pivots for use on unlevel ground with a leaf spring to steady it and bring it back to center. Aluminum Picatinny Rail mount included ($29.99 value). You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.

If item is defective or incorrect please notify us within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

We will NOT accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days from ship date of item.

We have a 20% restocking fee for all items returned within 30 days (NOT DEFECTIVE due to customer error), ONLY if items are NEW UNUSED UNOPENED and NOT damaged. Shipping & handling charges will NOT be refunded!
